La dulzura vocal de Candice Night, bella compañera del popular guitarrista Ritchie Blackmoore, hacen de “Streets Of London”, en consonancia con el resto del repertorio del inglés en su etapa más folklórica y renacentista, una joya de canción. La guitarra de Ritchie, en perfecta armonía con la voz dulce y femenina de Candice, arropa un tema que interpretado por otros quedaría desnudo, moriría de frío y pasaría prácticamente inadvertido. Escucharlo con los ojos cerrados traslada al oyente a épocas remotas, aquellas en las que la Libertad se servía siempre cruda y se sofocaba a golpes de espada.
Aún así “Streets Of London” es una delicia de composición.
